Registration forms for the upcoming MY-NPL are available here. Please download the forms below, print it out and fax them over to 03 6277 7711 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 03 6277 7711 or 03 7960 4724 or hand it over personally at our office.
Information of the event 3 are as the following:
Event 4 of MY-NPL 2010
Date: 7th – 8th August 2010
Venue : MAPAAC, Komplaks Sukan Astaka, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Closing Date : 5th August 2010
Team Registration:
No over the phone confirmation of registrations. All entries must be paid through online or cheque only. Registration must be submitted 5 days before the event date. Late entries will not be entertained.
Registration Fees:
Division 1 -RM1,000
Division 2 -RM600
Division 3 -RM450
Division 4 -RM300
